Students must register at least two weeks prior to the start of the semester. Late enrollments are accepted on a space-available basis only and are also subject to instructor/ program director approval. Tuition will not be prorated for late enrollments approved after the first class.

JAZZ BANDS, PERFORMING GROUPS AND ENSEMBLES

Endangered Species:

3-6 Grade (Beginning Jazz Band) Learn the art of improvwith blues tunes.

Blue Trane:

4-7 grade (Intermediate Jazz Band) Improv techniques with blues and standards.

Milestones:

6-9 grade (Intermediate/Advanced Jazz Band) Contemporary improv techniques.

News@11:

High School (Advanced Jazz Band) improvisation work on Advanced level tunes.

Runferyerlife:

High School High level performing ensemble standards of all eras.

Adult Jazz Band:

Explore and develop jazz improv techniques and skills in a variety of styles.

Rock Bands:

(Beginning – Advanced)  2-3 yrs of private lessons required. All instruments welcome. Placement by audition at first meeting. 

Bucket Band:

(Beginning – Advanced) is about making instruments with everyday objects (Stuff you can find at Lowe’s like Buckets) then to investigate and discover the rhythms these objects can create music. The result is an upbeat, toe-tapping cross between hip hop / house music and African tribal rhythms.

Private Music Lessons

INSPIRE! students of all ages, abilities and levels develop skills and a love for the arts through private lessons with professional performing artists. Lessons take place once a week at a regularly scheduled time and may be 30, 45, 60 minutes in length.
